How do you fit it all in ?

I would go for the flask option, at least until after Christmas.

Oh .. I got the ARC and will be re building ready for the summer. Not at the expense of my Durango savings though! It appears that everything comes to he who waits ... see the blog :-)

Fred, ARC looks great. However, saddle tip needs to drop considerably since guys our age have a new friend to court....namely swollen prostrates.

a little Jameson sounds good right now! I don't know how Strouse gets it all done. I still have to drain the stans from my tubulars and reinstall my regular wheelset on the arc x.

Jameson's !! I will bring you some proper stuff over next year Chris :-)

The ARC is untouched as yet. I am still planning what to do to it. I have a RockShox Reba Race Twin Air 100mm in mind for up front, new wheels, new seat (at the correct angle), new cockpit, re use the gears and get some Formula R1's for the stoppers. Will E-bay the bits that come off ...

It will be a nice project once I have recovered from the expense of Christmas.

Fred, take your time. Things of beauty come slowly. The Reba will work fine. Get a proper stem length and saddle height dialed in.
